The steel box girder bridge fabrication and installation project of the Qingdai River Irrigation Canal Bridge in the Jingxian section of the S457 Ningjing Highway Construction Project is a key control project of this project. The bridge is 564.5 meters long, with a full width of 36 meters on both sides and a total of 16 spans. The approach bridge has a single span of 30 meters, and the main bridge is a 1× 105-meter self-balancing steel box girder arch bridge with lower support. The structure is complex and the technical difficulty is high. The main span length is 105 meters. The main beam is composed of two main longitudinal beams, a middle main longitudinal beam, a cross beam, a small longitudinal beam and a prefabricated concrete bridge deck. The bridge deck is an orthotropic plate. The main arch is made up of two main arches and a middle main arch. The thrust ratio is 1/4 steel box arch rib, and the suspension rod cable body is a whole bundle of extruded steel strands.
