The steel beam fabrication and installation project of the Huaihe River Special Bridge in the reconstruction and expansion project of the Mingguang to Bengbu section of the G36 Ningluo Expressway: The main bridge is a single-tower asymmetric cable-stayed bridge with a tower height of 148.6 meters, which is the tallest and largest-span single-tower asymmetric cable-stayed bridge on the Huaihe River. The main beam adopts a steel-concrete composite beam structure, consisting of a steel main beam (including a concrete bridge deck), a concrete main beam, and a steel-concrete structural section. The lower crossbeam of the main bridge serves as the key connection part between the main tower and the main beam, with the steel main beam running through it, and a tower-beam consolidation system is adopted. Our company produces approximately 3,100 tons.
